Last night Western hosted a Tri-Meet between the Cooper City Cowboys, Cypress Bay’s Wrestling Team, and our very own Wildcats Team. The night began with the Cowboys facing off against Cypress bay. Both teams struggled valiantly and put on good show but with the Cowboys having a better showing. After their initial showdown, Our Cats arrived to face off against both teams back to back. Our wrestlers had an outstanding showing. Defeating the majority of their opposition and giving it one hundred and ten percent. Resulting in Westerns very own Eric Machin taking home the “Outstanding Wrestler of the Night” award.
