Mu Alpha Theta is the National Mathematics Honor Society, and is recognized nation-wide, with over 88,000 members and 1,800 different schools.

Staff Sponsor: Ms. Koutsoyannis.

Purpose: To bring together students with a common interest in math and to compete in local math competitions.

Meetings: Every Tuesday after school at room # 1127 in Mrs. K's classroom.

Requirements of membership/meetings: Students must have a 3.0 cumulative GPA in all math classes. The dues to officially be a part of this club are $10.

Recent accomplishments/awards/recognition: We've had several winners who've competed in the regional competitions.
